Market Mechanics was incorporated in 2002 with a focus to drive “Frequency & Spend” for its customers. We have been creating customer facing web sites and managing customer loyalty programs ever since.

Market Mechanics founder and President, Bert McCallum has worked at the management and executive level for companies like Lotus Development Corporation, Delrina, Border Network Technologies, Secure Computing, and was a Founder in Nevex, which was aquired by Baltimore Tech.  Prior to this McCallum spent 7 years in retail with Footlocker and Athletes World managing stores in Alberta and Ontario.

McCallum has also sat on advisory boards for a number of start up companies and provided consulting services for IBM, Sun Microsystems, Maritz, amongst other.  These included CRM (Customer Relationship Management) evaluations and deployments as well as key account recovery situations.

In 2006 we brought our expeience to bear on the small and medium sized business sector. We believe that great customer service can be delivered by leveraging technology in a cost effective manner.
